Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail and customer service experience who enjoys working within a specialist environment and delivering a high standard of service.

Sales Assistant, the role:

  • Selling within the retail shop, including clothing, accessories and shooting products
  • Providing knowledgeable and unbiased product advice to customers
  • Handling customer enquiries in person, via telephone and email
  • Supporting the booking of firearms into registers for sale, storage and repair
  • Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
  • Working collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
  • Supporting the wider operation of the shop as required

Sales Assistant, the person:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
