The Fire & Security Engineer Co-ordinator will act as the central link between clients, engineers, and management, ensuring that all jobs are efficiently scheduled, documented, and completed to the highest standard. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service, maintenance, and installation appointments for engineers.
- Act as the first point of contact for client and supplier enquiries via phone and email.
- Support engineers and management with project documentation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate client records, certificates, and compliance documentation.
- Process quotes, invoices, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor stock levels and order materials, equipment, and consumables when required.
- Manage CRM and job management systems to ensure accurate data entry and tracking.
- Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and document control.
- Assist with ad hoc office and project coordination tasks to support the wider team.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience within the fire, security, or electrical industry preferred (but not essential).
