Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail and customer service experience who enjoys working within a specialist environment and delivering a high standard of service.
Sales Assistant, the role:
- Selling within the retail shop, including clothing, accessories and shooting products
- Providing knowledgeable and unbiased product advice to customers
- Handling customer enquiries in person, via telephone and email
- Supporting the booking of firearms into registers for sale, storage and repair
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
- Working collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
- Supporting the wider operation of the shop as required
Sales Assistant, the person:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working directly with customers in a retail environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working hours, including Saturdays
