The award-winning range is sold in the UK, Ireland and many international markets via multiple different sales channels including pharmacies, health food stores, grocery, online retailers, marketplaces, hospitals, clinics and Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAM) practitioners.
They are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive growth across the pharmacy and health food retail sectors. This field-based role will focus on developing new business opportunities, supporting existing retail partners, and delivering engaging product training to ensure successful brand visibility and product recommendation. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base while building strong relationships with retail teams and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new retail opportunities across pharmacies and health food stores
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to drive sales performance
- Conduct in-store visits to support merchandising, brand visibility and product placement
- Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail teams and healthcare professionals
- Promote the product range to relevant stakeholders including nutritionists and dietitians
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to support brand awareness
- Work collaboratively with retail partners to create promotional initiatives and in-store activity
- Monitor sales performance, customer engagement and territory activity
- Manage CRM records, administration and monthly territory expenditure
- Provide market feedback and insights to internal sales and marketing teams
Skills and Experience:
- Qualification or background in nutrition, complementary health or related field
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent customer-facing ability
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Able to work independently while contributing to a wider team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- Previous sales or account management experience
- Experience within the healthcare, natural products or retail sector
