K&C Construction is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team as a Trainee Site Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in site management while working closely with experienced professionals. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager in all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in planning and overseeing project work to ensure timely completion and a high-quality finish.
- Help maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that projects are carried out with minimal disruption to local residents and businesses.
- Support cost control measures on site, helping to manage resources efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act and company policies.
- Assist the Site Manager with the company’s QUENSH system and be aware of all relevant policy documents and statements.
- Take responsibility for your own health and safety, as well as the welfare of colleagues.
- Carry out any additional duties as required by the Site Manager.
