Pure Healthcare are seeking an Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work with our client in Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees. The post requires HCPC/NMC/GPhC registration, a Master’s degree or recognised Advanced Practitioner status, and an Independent Prescriber (V300).
You will assess, diagnose and manage acute presentations in primary care, working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team and using EMIS and Microsoft Office tools.
