Location: Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
- Valid Right to Work Documentation
- Registered Advanced Clinical Practitioner (HCPC/NMC/GPhC).
- Master's degree (or recognised by the Centre for Advancing Practice as an Advanced Practitioner).
- Independent Prescriber (V300).
- Significant experience working as an ACP/ANP in primary care.
- Able to assess, diagnose and manage undifferentiated and acute presentations.
- Advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work within the expected scope of Advanced Clinical Practice, recognising own limitations and escalating appropriately.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Competent in the use of EMIS and Microsoft Office.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
