As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance across your base gym and the entire cluster. Your focus will encompass financial and operational excellence, talent development, member experience and staff recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance across each gym, using data insight to analyse results and implement clear plans that improve both financial and operational performance.
  • Establish clear ways of working and execute centrally driven activities, ensuring they are adopted across all high‑performing teams in the cluster.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline, coaching staff at all levels on the gym floor to support business growth.
  • Put member experience at the centre of the cluster, using available tools to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Continuously assess Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach needs across gyms, ensuring optimal staffing levels while maintaining a safe and legal environment.
  • Support the cluster in recruiting Personal Trainer/Fitness coaches and identify new talent proactively.
  • Manage Gym Managers within the cluster to strengthen performance across the area and report to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering financial and operational performance in one or more gyms.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building high‑performing teams.
  • Passion for the health, fitness and wellbeing industry.
  • Exceptional time‑management skills.

  • Annual salary: £35,651 (contracted salary, 40 hours per week)
  • Annual travel allowance: £2,000
