The Role:
- Deliver an excellent member experience in the club with a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
- Support the Gym Manager in bringing in new joiners through outreach and community events.
- Team leadership: recruit, develop a talent pipeline, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainers/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive, motivating environment.
- Provide ongoing training/professional development for fitness staff.
- Manage and improve group exercise offering within the gym.
