The Role

Location: Leeds (2 days in the office – Mondays & Thursdays)
Contract type: Full Time & Permanent

Interviews: This will be a one stage process, and interviews will take place across Thursday 4th and Monday 8th June. We are looking for someone to start early/mid-July.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Pricing team. Joining an existing immediate team of 3, the Pricing Team sit within our IT division and are responsible for applying pricing changes within our member system and maintaining supporting documentation across all departments. This role will work across all our markets including the UK, Denmark, Switzerland and the US.

Key duties will include:

  • Implementing system changes for each new gym, outlining timelines, key milestones, and specific deliverables related to the setup.
  • Creating, managing, and documenting all discounts, membership discount codes, and all promotional campaigns.
  • Keeping on top of ‘Coming Soon’ and ‘Pre-sale Clubs’ with their promotions.
  • Updating the member system with pricing, including promotions and configuration support to the business.
  • Validating, scheduling and preparing for club price changes.
  • Keeping relevant stakeholders up to date with relevant changes.
  • Set up of members additional access for planned and urgent closures.
  • Investigating and resolve issues relating to configuration that have business impact.
