The Role
Location: Leeds (2 days in the office)

We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our Finance Team. As Payroll Officer, you will join a team of 4 other officers to process our monthly payroll. This is a Hybrid working role. This will be based in our Leeds office. You will be required to work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and be home based on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Key Duties
- Processing specific core payroll tasks each month including but not limited to: Pension, Salary Sacrifice, Benefits, National Minimum Wage Checks
- Communicating with relevant departments for payroll information
- Managing payroll queries
- Other ad-hoc duties
The Person
The ideal candidate will have held a similar role previously and have a few years' experience of payroll processing role, and be able to work well under pressure to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are always met. The following experience is essential:
- Payroll experience
- Pension experience
- Salary Sacrifice experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent excel skills
- Team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where the company is constantly growing
