Reporting to the HR Director EMEA, you will be responsible for the general HR management across the UK team, including our Cramlington office and Distribution Centre, as well as our factory and retail store in Alnwick. You will manage all day-to-day HR priorities, ranging from hands-on support through to more senior level activities and project-based tasks. This is a broad generalist role which requires a flexible and proactive mindset, together with strong generalist HR knowledge and experience.
You will have at least 4-5 years' progressive experience in a similar generalist role, be of graduate calibre and have the CIPD Level 5 award as a minimum. You will be part of a wider EMEA team, as well as a global HR team, so previous international exposure would be highly desirable.
The role is based in our offices in Northumberland Business Park, Cramlington, which has excellent links both to the A1 and A19, together with good amenities in the surrounding area. Some occasional travel may be required to our factory and retail store in Alnwick, and our Distribution Centre on the north side of Cramlington, so a driving licence is essential.
