Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail driven content and optimisation specialist to help elevate our product presence across marketplaces. If you\’re passionate about refining listings, crafting high converting content, and enhancing customer experience through tactical merchandising, this is your chance to make a real impact.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, improving, and optimising product listings that drive conversion, build customer trust, and strengthen our brand across Amazon expanding into other key marketplaces. Your work will play a vital role in increasing visibility, improving sales performance, and delivering consistent, premium brand experience online. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will be a key member of the team as we grow our online business across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Creating and optimising Amazon/ Marketplace product listings with SEO friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and high quality images to improve search visibility and conversion rates
- Managing and enhancing A+ Content and Brand Stores, ensuring all assets meet platform best practices and support seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling, and cross selling opportunities. Benchmarking competitor content and identify content gaps, continuously reviewing Amazon landscapes to help the brand stay ahead and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring listing performance and health, proactively resolving suppressed, incomplete, or flagged listings using Amazon tools and dashboards to ensure maximum visibility and compliance. Analyse customer reviews, search terms, and feedback to iterate and improve listing content and enhance the customer journey.
- Maintaining and growing the online catalogue, including new product setup, seasonal planning, variation management, and bundle creation across Amazon marketplaces.
- Staying informed on Amazon policies, emerging ecommerce trends, and best practices, applying learning to enhance performance, compliance, and innovation across channels. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and internal teams to align the overall commercial strategy.
Role Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar ecommerce/marketplace role, ideally with experience working with Shopify, Amazon Vendor, Seller Central or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding around keywords, keyword research and optimisation.
- Deadline driven but detail orientated.
- Proven organisational skills with a consistent approach when working with large data sets or managing multiple listings. Excel proficiency is desirable but not essential.
- Proactive, self-motivated and creative in finding ways to achieve company objectives and solve problems whilst being a collaborative team player or able to work independently as needed.
