Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Data Coordinator to join our HR team in Cramlington. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data and systems, ensuring high-quality reporting, and supporting HR operations across the EMEA region. This is a key role in delivering reliable HR insight and administration across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leavers, as well as supporting recruitment, performance, absence management, and HR reporting. You will act as the primary HR data and reporting contact for the region, working with multiple countries, currencies, and stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3+ years’ HR or professional services administration experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in managing an HR system is essential, and specific experience with Dayforce would be a distinct advantage.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Good understanding of GDPR and data confidentiality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions
