Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial accounting, compliance and reporting across multiple European entities. Reporting to the EMEA Financial Controller, you'll manage a small accounting team while ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and full statutory compliance. This is a varied international role where you'll work closely with colleagues across Europe, the UK and the US, lead external audits, drive process improvements and play a key role in strengthening our European finance operations. If you enjoy combining technical expertise with leadership and continuous improvement, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.
What we’re looking for someone who is/has:
- Immediately available.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting and statutory compliance, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Experience leading and developing a finance team.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, external audits and tax compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
