Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Web/Ecommerce Manager to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our D2C rollout plan in EMEA, leading the rollout of 12 branded D2C Shopify Plus websites over the next two years while owning the EMEA roadmap, platform optimisation, and ongoing site performance. You will act as the primary ecommerce point of contact between EMEA and US teams, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver scalable, high-performing, and localised ecommerce experiences across multiple markets and languages. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Shopify platform knowledge and operational ecommerce experience, spanning fulfilment integrations, customer service workflows, and multi-market site management.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Leading the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of Shopify Plus websites, including multi-store and multi-market deployments.
- Owning the EMEA D2C roadmap, supporting platform enhancements, testing phases and go live delivery.
- Working closely with US teams, Shopify agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver D2C capabilities on time and to agreed standards.
- Supporting seasonal campaigns and continuous site optimisation in partnership with the Digital Merchandising Manager and brand teams.
- Overseeing day-to-day ecommerce operations, including content updates, product launches, and promotions working across key internal teams to understand business objectives and deadlines.
- Managing and supporting integrations across the D2C EMEA ecosystem, including Salsify, Bynder, Gorgias, Klaviyo and reporting tools.
- Implementing and managing Shopify Flows, automation, and customer service workflows.
- Collaborating closely with Digital, Marketing, Product, Customer Service teams.
- Supporting platform documentation, training, and best practice sharing across regions and educating around platform usage cases and user journey.
- Playing a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly scaling D2C channel for EMEA.
Role Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in building or replatforming and managing ecommerce websites, with some Shopify Plus expertise.
- Experience setting up and managing Shopify multi-market, multi-language, and multi-currency D2C websites would be advantageous.
- Experience working with Shopify apps, PIM systems, DAM tools, CRM and customer service platform integration.
- Experience of online warranty and/or repair services would be advantageous.
- A ‘fail fast’ mindset, using testing and iteration to support conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work across technical and non-technical teams and educate as well as build relationships with key teams and stakeholders.
- A strong interest in ecommerce and the value of a well-executed end-to-end user journey.
- An eye for detail around visual consistency and execution.
- Comfortable working in detail on site builds, roadmap evolution, and testing activity.
