Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Brand Activation, you will lead the development and execution of our JRC & Prologic brands. You will create EMEA-wide marketing plans while ensuring they are relevant and adaptable to local markets, addressing specific regional needs. You will champion creative, consumer-driven initiatives that elevate brand presence, build loyalty, and drive engagement across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for shaping and executing the EMEA marketing strategy for our Carp brands, ensuring consistent identity, storytelling and alignment with product and brand objectives.
- A fundamental part of this role will be leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels as well as overseeing compelling content creation.
- You will manage ambassador networks and partnerships that strengthen storytelling, credibility, and reach while working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing colleagues to ensure strong product launches and brand execution.
Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in consumer brand marketing/activation, ideally in a similar outdoor/sports related business. You will have a strong track record leading successful marketing campaigns and partnerships alongside excellent communication, stakeholder management, and creative storytelling skills. A passion for carp fishing culture and credibility in the community is essential with knowledge of how to connect authentically with carp anglers. Fluency in English as a business language is essential, with additional European language skills being a distinctive advantage.
