Allia Group seeks a Non-Executive Chair to guide the Board through the next growth phase.

This role requires gravitas, a strong commercially oriented career and the ability to foster trust across the board and with the Group CEO.

You will lead governance, risk and regulatory oversight while building strategic partnerships and representing Allia with investors and stakeholders. 20 days per year commitment and quarterly meetings are envisaged.
