Pragmatic is rewriting the rules of semiconductor manufacturing. Following a landmark Series D investment in 2023, the company has scaled rapidly - expanding capability, accelerating production, and attracting global attention. Now, as Pragmatic enters a critical phase of organisational development, they seek an exceptional People leader to strengthen foundations and build capability for future international growth.

The Role

This Board-level appointment offers the chance to influence culture, capability, and organisational effectiveness during a period of significant expansion. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic clarity and practical leadership across a dynamic, multi-site environment spanning Cambridge headquarters and the Durham manufacturing facility.
