As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are seeking an ambitious Junior Data Scientist to join our forward-thinking team. You’ll collaborate across teams—including development, sales, product, and marketing—to build scalable data solutions that improve customer experience, optimize operations, and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of AI-driven and advanced analytics solutions, such as AI agents and hybrid models, that support decision-making and optimize internal processes.
- Support efforts to automate workflows and strengthen the company’s transition to becoming more AI & data-driven.
- Build and train machine learning models for business use cases (e.g., segmentation, prediction, scoring systems) with a focus on scalability and impact.
- Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and analytical tools that empower internal teams through self-service insights.
- Collaborate in the design and maintenance of dashboards using Tableau to support decision-making across departments.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s data warehouse, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI methodologies and frameworks and apply them where relevant.
- Present findings and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- 3–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to analyze, structure, and communicate data effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
