Role Overview
As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are seeking an ambitious Junior Data Scientist to join our forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of luxury travel and cutting-edge data science, contributing to the development of AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics capabilities that will shape the future of our business.
You’ll collaborate across teams—including development, sales, product, and marketing—to build scalable data solutions that improve customer experience, optimize operations, and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven and advanced analytics solutions, such as AI agents and hybrid models, that support decision-making and optimize internal processes.
- Support efforts to automate workflows and strengthen the company’s transition to becoming more AI & data-driven.
- Build and train machine learning models for business use cases (e.g., segmentation, prediction, scoring systems) with a focus on scalability and impact.
- Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and analytical tools that empower internal teams through self-service insights.
- Collaborate in the design and maintenance of dashboards using Tableau to support decision-making across departments.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s data warehouse, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI methodologies and frameworks and apply them where relevant.
- Present findings and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, shifting environment, managing changing priorities with flexibility.
What We Look For
- 3–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
