Pure Engineering Group offers a variety of mechanical engineering products and services through its divisions to clients in Ireland and beyond.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Co-Ordinator at Pure Engineering Group in Newry. The Service Co-Ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service & Maintenance Department, including commercial preventative maintenance and servicing. The Service Co-Ordinator will work closely with clients to ensure their mechanical systems are optimized for maximum life cycle. The Service Co-Ordinator will also be responsible for the daily diary management of a small group of engineers, ensuring they have work schedules each day.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance and servicing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications in mechanical engineering or a related field
