About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Sheet Metal Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to work on innovative projects and develop a strong foundation in sheet metal product design, manufacturing processes, and CAD technologies. You will assist in designing and developing sheet metal components and assemblies for a variety of applications, working closely with experienced engineers, production teams, and clients to ensure designs are functional, manufacturable, and meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of sheet metal parts and assemblies using Solidworks.
  • Produce 3D models for fabrication.
  • Completing full manufacturing drawings (BOM, cutting lists, folding drawings).
  • Work closely with manufacturing and fabrication teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.
  • Interpret technical specifications.
