The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as a Graduate Commercial Operations Associate. This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to start their career in sales, or commercial management. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with UK retail partners and international distributors, supporting everything from order management to logistics, customer relationships, and sales reporting.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly while learning from experienced colleagues across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders from UK retailers and international distributors.
- Support with pricing, product availability, and order confirmations.
- Learn how to ensure compliance with commercial terms and customer requirements.
Customer & Distributor Support
- Help build and maintain relationships with retail and distribution partners.
- Support the onboarding of new accounts and distributors.
- Assist with product setup in partner systems.
Logistics & Supply Coordination
- Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track shipments and support the resolution of delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Produce reports on sales performance, stock levels, and order status.
- Support the sales team with meeting preparation and admin.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with finance on invoicing and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing to support product launches and promotions.
- Share insights from retailers and distributors to help shape future strategy.
