Role Summary
The B2D Executive is the day-to-day operational interface between Pure Electric and its distributor network — coordinating distributor orders, deliveries, onboarding, warranty support, spare parts availability, and issue resolution. You will work closely with internal teams (Warranty & Repairs, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Experience) and external distributors to ensure distributors are supported, informed, and operationally enabled to deliver a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Relationship Management
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned distributors.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with distributor counterparts.
- Ensure distributors are aligned to Pure’s ordering, delivery, warranty, RMA, and repair processes.
- Support regular distributor reviews and performance discussions with the Head of Warranty & Repair.
- Order Management & Delivery Coordination
- Manage distributor orders from placement through to delivery confirmation.
- Coordinate with Factory and Logistics Providers to ensure accurate order processing and timely dispatch.
- Track shipments, manage delivery updates, and proactively resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Spares Supply, Warranty & RMA Coordination
- Coordinate spare parts supply to distributors and repair centres for warranty and paid repairs.
- Track spares availability and escalate shortages impacting repair turnaround times.
- Support the RMA process, ensuring parts and units are returned, tracked, and processed correctly.
- Help ensure spares usage aligns with warranty approvals and policy.
- Support onboarding of new distributors, ensuring operational readiness.
- Coordinate access to systems, documentation, training, and warranty processes.
- Ensure distributors understand spares ordering, RMA procedures, evidencing standards, and service expectations.
- Support distributors through warranty claims, repairs, and spares requests.
- Help manage distributor expectations around approvals, turnaround times, and deliveries.
- Warranty & RMA claim validation
- Own day-to-day distributor issues across aftersales and logistics.
- Identify recurring issues and elevate trends to the Head of Warranty & Repair.
- Systems, Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records across CRM, order management, spares, and warranty systems.
- Track distributor KPIs including order accuracy, delivery performance, spares lead times, RMA volumes, and issue resolution.
- Support reporting and data preparation for internal reviews.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B/B2D operations, account coordination, supply chain support, or aftersales.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple distributor accounts.
- Confident communicator with experience working with external partners.
- Comfortable coordinating across supply chain, warranty, and operational teams.
- Detail-driven with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with spares, RMAs, or warranty operations.
- Exposure to international logistics or distributor models.
- Experience in consumer electronics, mobility, or technical products.
