The Shift Team Leaderwill be the Senior Authorised Person (SAP) complying with the A Healthier Earth (AHE) Safe System of Work.
This role includes the supervision of both AHE staff and Contractors when carrying out activities on site.
The Shift Team Leader will work within the Maintenance Department when required, and will implement and carry out maintenance activities to ensure plant availability is maximised.
Chair the daily meeting to review Environmental, Health & Safety, overnight activities and issues along with planned activities for the coming day.
Build and maintain relationships with colleagues to ensure effective communication across the site.
You will be required to be totally flexible and carry out other duties identified from time to time.
This role is a partially split role, dividing time between the plant operations area, the control room operation, and providing the safe systems of work.
This is a multiskilled role and as such you will be expected to be flexible and carry out other duties as necessary ensuring site objectives are achieved.
