Role Definition
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer with a background in construction, operations, engineering or the data centre industry. This role will focus on identifying, engaging and supporting the hiring of highly skilled technical and construction professionals across our data centre projects globally.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Hiring Managers and Project Teams, you will play a key role in building talent pipelines for hard to find roles in a competitive market.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates for roles across data centre construction, operations and corporate functions
- Use a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, referrals, and direct headhunting
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future projects
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess technical fit, experience and motivation
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, project timelines and workforce plans
- Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records within the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment processes
- Support market mapping and talent intelligence for key skill areas within the data centre sector
Skills
- Proven experience as a Sourcer or Talent Acquisition professional within:
- Construction
- Engineering
- Data Centres (strongly preferred)
