Join us on our mission to make the world a better place… About Us We are an innovation-driven digital infrastructure organisation of industry-leading experts in intelligent design, engineering, security, science, research, and sustainability. Headquartered in London (UK), with over 500MW of IT capacity live or under development, we develop and operate sustainable data centres for some of the world’s largest technology companies across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. We believe in data centres for good — creating employment opportunities, supporting local communities, and investing in environmental restoration. Our goal is to use intelligent design of data centre infrastructure to improve the planet, society, and the communities we operate in. We are committed to reducing emissions and environmental impact through our in-house design, construction, and sustainability teams. About You We would love to hear from you if you are curious, analytical, great at solving problems, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You should be flexible, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously while managing multiple initiatives. Responsibilities This strategic role involves supporting the Investment Management team in delivering, tracking, and reporting on the performance of our global portfolio across the full asset lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally to monitor development projects and operational assets, supporting governance, managing changes, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with a genuine passion for driving change, innovative thinking, and trust-building abilities. You should be skilled in connecting and collaborating across teams, capable of managing unstructured environments, and turning data into actionable insights. Your expertise should include solid experience in real estate asset or investment management, familiarity with large capex projects, financial modelling skills, and the ability to prepare clear reports for investment committees. A proactive, organized, and calm approach under pressure is essential. A professional accreditation such as MRICS is preferred but not essential. What’s in it for you? Join a passionate, dynamic team committed to sustainability and personal development. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including private medical insurance, pension scheme, life insurance, generous leave, and support for your wellbeing and growth.
