We are the Pure Group, and we're looking for a proactive and organised Health & Safety & Facilities Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating safe, compliant, and well‑maintained workplaces, and who enjoys working across multiple sites to make a real difference to both our colleagues and our customers.
Your role
This is a varied and rewarding role offering exposure to all aspects of Health & Safety management, facilities compliance, and multi‑site operations. You'll help drive a positive safety culture across the business while supporting the management of our growing property portfolio and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of our Health & Safety Management System.
- Conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and workplace reviews.
- Supporting accident, incident and near‑miss investigations and tracking corrective actions.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of Health & Safety policies, procedures, and guidance.
- Supporting fire safety compliance, contractor management, and permit controls.
- Providing practical Health & Safety advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitoring servicing schedules, compliance activities, and statutory inspections.
- Supporting property improvement and refurbishment projects.
- Assisting with external audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
About you:
- Track record supporting Health & Safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance programmes.
- Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and facilities compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail‑focused and solutions‑driven.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
It would be great if you also have:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or are working towards it).
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification.
- Experience within a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of contractor management and facilities compliance frameworks.
