The Role:

  • You will prepare and wrap ashes, ready for return to our customers.
  • Arrange for the return of jewellery and personal effects with the ashes.
  • Provide support to the Operations Schedulers, in arranging the return of ashes to our customers.
  • You must have great communication and IT skills and be ready to learn our CRM system and procedures.
  • You will be self-motivated, empathetic and thrive as working as part of a team, acting in a manner that ensures the deceased are treated with respect and dignity.

Key skills requirement:

  • Experience of keeping accurate records with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Used to working to deadlines and within pressured environments.
  • No previous experience in preparing ashes is necessary as full training will be provided.
