Job Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with our digital marketing agency and web development agency, the marketing co-ordinator will execute our marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, generate additional website visitors and maximise sales enquiries from new and existing customers. In your role you will work with across a range of channels and assist with content creation and website management tasks, whilst owning the social media and email channels. This will include campaign activity to drive new business leads, as well as nurturing existing contacts and general brand maintenance and improvement. You will also work with the various team managers and seniors across the business to pull-in their specialist skills and knowledge when required, as well as coordinate their input into content and event presentations.
Responsibilities
- Strategy implementation. Working with our Marketing Director and Managing Director to make sure that the overall marketing strategy is being followed and reporting on how successful each part is.
- Website management. Maintaining the company websites via working closely with the web development agency for technical changes and the SEO agency for content improvements.
- Email marketing and CRM. Owning email nurture end to end including list health, templates and automation. Building nurture sequences for new enquiries that don't convert first time, and designing a reactivation sequence for leads that go cold.
- Managing social media. Building the Pure Eurostaffs presence and assisting key people to improve their personal profiles. Connecting the business and individuals with referral partners, such as IFAs, accountants and solicitors. Amplifying press placement, award wins and content piece across Eurostaffs and other social channels.
- PR. Working with the PR agency to respond to journalist requests. Work with team members to uncover stories for proactive press releases.
- Content creation. Write blogs, case studies, company news articles, team profiles and award entries. Support the PR agency with Pure data, spokesperson coordination and sign off.
- Brand management. Working with teams to maintain consistency in branding across external and internal documents. Working with the design agency on brochures.
- Event management. Coordinating online and physical events with partners and ensuring a good attendance via social promotion and email marketing. Create process workflows to automate marketing campaigns and lead generation Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports Attendance at key meetings General administration for marketing related queries.
Skills and experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing
- A passion for digital marketing
- Financial services or professional services experience is desirable
- Experience in maintaining and updating websites and web-based platforms
- A self-starter and self-learner with strong follow-through orientation and commercial awareness
- The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- A strong eye for detail (some design background is a bonus)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and an understanding of how financial products work
- Problem solving skills and adaptability
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
