Location: UK β Field Based (National Coverage)
Reports to: Managing Director
Pure Cold Solutions and Purecold Limited are seeking an experienced UK Sales Manager to lead national growth across our Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) portfolio, including refrigeration systems, HVAC, cold rooms, display cases, low-GWP solutions, and service & maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the national sales strategy
- Grow revenue across retail, food service, cold chain, and commercial sectors
- Manage key accounts including contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users
- Lead major contract negotiations and support tenders
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Work closely with engineering, service, and operations teams
- Prepare forecasts, pricing, and sales reports
About You
- Proven sales management experience within Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or HVAC
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the sector regulations and sustainable solutions
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable with national travel
- Full UK driving licence
