We are delighted to announce the opening of our brand-new nursery in Watford, and we are now recruiting passionate, caring, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced childcare professionals as well as motivated individuals looking to progress their career within early years education.
All positions are full-time, working 5 days per week across 40 hours. As a new nursery, we are looking for dedicated team members who are passionate about providing high-quality childcare and creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
Every early years practitioner within our nursery will play a key role in supporting children’s development, building strong relationships with families, and contributing to a positive team culture. The successful early years practitioner will be confident in supporting children through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), planning engaging activities, and ensuring children’s individual needs are met.
We are looking for an early years practitioner who is caring, reliable, energetic, and committed to delivering outstanding childcare experiences every day. Our room leaders will support and guide each early years practitioner within their rooms, ensuring excellent standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained at all times. The Third in Charge position is ideal for a strong senior early years practitioner looking to take the next step into nursery leadership and management.
