We are supporting a well-regarded Children's Home in Shinfield that is looking to recruit dedicated Residential Care Workers. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with an immediate start available. The home is rated Good in all areas by Ofsted and provides specialist support through a 3:1 placement for children with complex care needs.

About the Residential Care Worker Role:

As a Residential Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to children with complex care needs, helping them develop independence, confidence, and life skills in a safe, nurturing environment. Requirements:
