We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager at our 59-bed residential care home located in Hastings, East Sussex.
About the Role: As Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operation of our residential home, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to oversee the smooth running of the service, support staff teams, and uphold compliance with all regulatory standards.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, supernumerary hours
- Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum
