Pure Care Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the Residential and Nursing sector. This is a 360 recruitment role running a permanent desk, working with care homes and nursing homes across the UK. You will manage both clients and candidates, building strong relationships and overseeing the full recruitment process from business development through to placement.

We recruit for a variety of roles within the sector including Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Nurses, Deputy Managers, Home Managers and other senior positions within residential and nursing services.

The role involves:

  • Full 360 recruitment responsibilities
  • Business development and account management
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates nationwide
  • Recruiting across the residential and nursing home sector
  • Negotiating offers and closing placements
  • Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
