About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established care home in Partington, Manchester. Reference: TE62876 As Nursing Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with all CQC requirements. You’ll provide clear direction and motivation to your team, fostering a supportive, inclusive culture where both residents and staff thrive. You’ll work closely with a dedicated Deputy Manager, Administrator, and central support teams to maintain operational excellence and financial sustainability. As a proactive Nursing Home Manager, you will balance compassionate leadership with strong business acumen to meet occupancy and budget targets while ensuring residents’ wellbeing remains the top priority. Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Care Home Manager. * Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and best practice in care. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Commercial awareness with a focus on growth and quality outcomes.
