We are seeking qualified Head Chef to support the Care Home in Kingston-upon-Thames. You will lead a kitchen team and take charge of all aspects of food preparation and service delivery.
As a Head Chef, you will have the chance to deliver hotel/restaurant standards without the split shifts, working weekends and long hours. Our chefs have full independence in creating healthy and aromatic menus, whilst also taking ownership of the kitchen and ongoing team development.
What You’ll Do:
- Planning and preparing delicious, nutritious meals
- Managing kitchen staff and rotas
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality
- Budgeting, ordering stock, and controlling costs
- Creating menus in line with dietary needs and customer preferences
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
