The support worker position involves working across two small residential homes, each supporting 6 adults with physical and learning disabilities. As a support worker, you will provide person-centred care, promote independence, and support individuals with their daily living needs while maintaining high standards of care.
Support worker shift patterns:
- 07:30 – 14:30
- 14:30 – 20:30
- 07:30 – 20:30
- Full-time hours: 169 hours per month
Support worker pay and benefits:
- £12.87 per hour
- Enhanced overtime rates available for support workers:
- Additional £1.50 per hour for weekday overtime shifts
- Additional £2.50 per hour for weekend overtime shifts
Support worker requirements:
- Previous experience as a support worker is desirable but not essential
