We are supporting a well-regarded 40-bedded nursing home in Dorking that is looking to recruit a dedicated night team leader.

Role Details:

  • Location: Dorking
  • Hours: Full-Time – Days & Nights available
  • Rate: Up to £15.05 per hour (paid breaks included)

About the Night Team Leader Role:

As a Night Team Leader, you will oversee the night shift and support the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. The role involves supervising staff, administering medication, responding to residents’ clinical and wellbeing needs, and ensuring care plans and documentation are maintained to a high standard throughout the night. The home has a warm, professional atmosphere, with a supportive management team focused on staff development and maintaining excellent standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader in a care setting is desirable.
  • Must hold a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Must be Medication Trained
