Our collaborative team comes from a variety of backgrounds with strong track records in their field of expertise, and in sales, business development and lead generation. All are focused on client service and have a results driven mindset. This mindset needs to be in your DNA.
Working within defined verticals, you will be provided with accounts and leads where your responsibility will be to reach out to specified C-level and senior management with outbound calls to qualify them to our clients' requirements, arrange and confirm quality appointments for our clients' sales and account management teams. You will be fluent in spoken and written business Italian and English, working remotely, and must have a quiet place to work, have a computer with reliable high speed internet, and be available to work during UK & European business hours. You will be diligent, self-motivated, able to work independently, yet as part of a team where excellence is the norm. Our team is made up of people who go above and beyond every single day. We’re growing quickly, with plenty of opportunities to learn and advance. Our team leaders and managers are generally promoted from within. Product and systems training will be provided, and you will have access to our VOIP and other digital tools.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to provided leads to qualify them as relevant in their role and organisation to our clients' brief
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote our clients' products and services
- Keep accurate records of leads and sales on our CRM
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Requirements:
- Proven B2B working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- A business hunter / entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency using CRM
- Fluent spoken and written business Italian and English
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
