We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales and Community Engagement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive membership growth, foster community engagement, and work closely with the Sales Manager and Studio Owner to lead the sales team to success. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including Grass Roots Marketing.
- Manage membership sales and retention, utilizing studio management software to track progress.
- Execute member retention initiatives to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Plan and execute community-based events to promote the brand.
- Schedule and participate in local networking events, community outreach, and studio promotions.
- Coordinate and run in-studio challenges to boost member engagement.
- Lead and support the sales team, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Studio Owner, and other team members to execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager in a monthly joint meeting to review goals, strategies, and performance.
- Support our Social Media Manager with a consistent social media presence, including daily photos and videos for Instagram posts and weekly Reels.
- Oversee studio retail operations, including inventory management and online boutique promotion.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization, enforcing policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage customer inquiries, emails, and communications promptly.
