You will play a key role in transitioning the organisation from Django CMS to Wagtail and enhancing the functionality of its website and internal tools. • Develop and maintain new features and functionality for the website.
  • Make backend architectural decisions to support scalability and maintainability.
  • Provide occasional user support for internal Wagtail users (training, documentation, troubleshooting).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design user-focused digital solutions.
  • Occasionally work across the stack and with external systems (e.g. Salesforce CRM).
  • Contribute to project scoping and technical planning.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong professional experience with Django, Python, and PostgreSQL.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and server management.
  • Experience with Agile workflows.

Personal Attributes:
