About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy, fast paced warehouse operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in stock control and warehouse management who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and ensuring stock accuracy across a large operation.

You'll take ownership of stock integrity throughout the warehouse, managing a team, analysing stock data, investigating discrepancies and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Working closely with other departments, you'll play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a stock integrity team within a busy warehouse.
  • Monitor stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
  • Carry out stock checks, audits and inventory reconciliation.
  • Analyse stock data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Manage stock movements and ensure warehouse systems remain accurate.
  • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel to produce reports and analyse performance.
  • Support performance management and coach team members to achieve high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other warehouse departments to maintain efficient operations.
  • Identify and resolve stock-related issues using a proactive approach.
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and enjoys solving problems in a fast-moving environment.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous experience in Stock Integrity or Stock Control within a warehouse.
  • Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and investigate data.
  • Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong Excel and general computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Previous warehouse experience is essential.
  • Working Hours
  • 38.75 hours per week
  • Working any 5 days from 7

  • Flexibility required during peak trading periods.
