The Role
We're looking for a smart, organised Site Surveyor to join our delivery team. You’ll travel across the UK completing structured site surveys that shape how we reduce energy use in commercial buildings. No electrical expertise needed — just strong attention to detail, a process-driven mindset, and a professional, can-do attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct site surveys to assess suitability for voltage optimisation & energy-saving installs
- Record voltage readings and review electrical rooms with guidance from our templates
- Identify install routes, cable paths, and access challenges
- Categorise on-site loads to support savings guarantees
- Complete detailed reports using Excel and our job system
- Liaise with clients during site visits and represent the company professionally
- Travel UK-wide with occasional overnight stays (expenses covered)
What We’re Looking For
- Based in or near Manchester
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working alone on-site and communicating clearly with clients
- Confident using templates, forms, and job management software
- Happy with travel and flexible working
- Field-based, facilities, or surveying background a plus
