Our client is a well-known European leader in the distribution of refrigeration and air conditioning appliances and equipment for industrial and commercial applications. We are seeking both experienced HVAC and refrigeration Sales Representatives with a minimum of 3 years in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning or refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and understanding HVAC and/or refrigeration systems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored HVAC or refrigeration solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely follow-up.
