The Opportunity

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Licensing Assistant to join a successful and growing business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with well-known brands, managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

You’ll play an important role within the licensing function, helping to manage the day-to-day requirements of a portfolio of established brands and ensuring projects progress smoothly from initial concept through to final approval.

The Role

As Licensing Assistant, you will support the wider licensing team across a range of projects and brand accounts.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting projects through the full approval process, from initial concepts through to final production.
  • Managing the day-to-day requirements of allocated brand accounts.
  • Liaising with external brand partners and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinating concept and product approvals.
  • Ensuring submissions contain the correct information and meet relevant brand requirements.
