My Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Account Manager to join their UK-based team. The role focuses on supporting and driving international growth across key regions, including the USA, Australia, and EMEA. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to grow market share and revenue globally. Key Responsibilities of the International Account Manager Account Management * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international clients across the USA, LATAM, Australia, and EMEA. * Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, ensuring client needs are met promptly and efficiently. * Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue and product share. Business Development * Research and analyse market trends in target regions to identify new business opportunities. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Sales Strategy & Execution * Work closely with the Commercial Director and CEO to develop region-specific sales strategies and objectives. * Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. * Provide regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Collaboration & Communication * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, merchandising & quality and compliance to ensure high service critical path management * Attend international trade shows, client meetings as required Operational Excellence * Monitor account performance metrics * Negotiate terms, and pricing with clients in alignment with company policies. * Manage account documentation Skills and Experience Essential: * Proven experience in international account management or sales, preferably across the USA, Australia, and EMEA. * Strong understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and business practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Ability to travel internationally as required.
