Energy Manager / Energy Analyst Salary: Circa £28,000 + Quarterly Bonus (OTE £40,000) Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Energy Manager / Energy Analyst to support their growing portfolio of energy reduction solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analysing kWh consumption, delivering insightful reports to clients, and maximising the results of energy-saving projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organisation at the forefront of energy efficiency innovation. Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst * Analyse energy consumption (kWh) and identify savings opportunities from delivered projects. * Produce detailed reports on energy savings, ROI, and CO₂ reductions achieved through Voltage Optimisation (VO) and other energy technologies. * Take ownership of energy monitoring systems post-installation, ensuring accurate monthly reporting for clients. * Collaborate with the projects team during the transition phase from installation to live monitoring. * Support the sales team by providing data-driven insights for pilot projects and assisting in securing rollouts. * Develop clear, client-facing reports to highlight energy savings and deliver actionable insights. * Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in the energy sector.
