My client is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. You must be used to working in a faced paced office environment. This role is 100% office based.

Main Duties:

  • Credit control for various companies - Largest 8 million ledger, smallest 350k ledger
  • Resolving queries
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Sending invoices, credits, statements
  • Liaising with customers for a committed payment
  • Liaising with account managers
  • Credit checking
  • Posting cash receipts
  • Managing credit insurance updates
  • Taking card payments
  • Arranging monthly Direct Debits for IT support customers
  • Transferring cash for bank reconciliation purposes
